SuperUser Public Key Infrastructure Artifact License (PKI Artifact License)

This License applies to all Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs), Key Revocation Lists (KRLs), certificates, and any related Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) artifacts (“PKI Artifacts”) made publicly available by Hugo Rodrigues (“Licensor”) on the official SuperUser PKI website (https://pki.superuser.pt), the git repository holding the source code of the website or through any authorized distribution channel.

1. Grant of Permission
The Licensor grants you (“User”) a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable permission to:

    Use the PKI Artifacts solely for the purpose of configuring, validating, or enabling secure communications with services, systems, or entities that rely on the Licensor’s PKI.

No other rights are granted unless expressly stated.

2. Prohibited Actions
The User may not, under any circumstances:

    Redistribute, republish, mirror, upload, publish, or otherwise make the PKI Artifacts available to any third party.
    Modify, alter, adapt, repackage, or create derivative works from the PKI Artifacts.
    Use the PKI Artifacts for any purpose other than configuration or validation of systems requiring trust in the Licensor’s PKI.
    Claim ownership, authorship, endorsement, or certification authority related to the PKI Artifacts.

3. Exclusive Distribution Rights
Only the Licensor is permitted to distribute, publish, or otherwise make available the PKI Artifacts.
Any unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Integrity and Authenticity
The User must ensure that PKI Artifacts are obtained directly from the Licensor.
The User agrees not to rely on PKI Artifacts obtained through any third-party source.

5. No Warranty
The PKI Artifacts are provided “as is”, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, including but not limited to security, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the PKI Artifacts.

7. Termination
This License automatically terminates if the User violates any terms herein. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the PKI Artifacts.

8. Governing Law
This License shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Portugal.

9. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using the PKI Artifacts, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this License.
